So, I finalized the ‘Another Day, Another Movie’ list for post-apocalypse films. I shortened it from what I previously had down. This genre is one I’m curious about, as opposed to excited about diving into. Thus, I didn’t want to spend a whole month in it. So, it’ll be two weeks. Here is the final list.

Suggestion for a late addition, or just something you must watch later if you haven’t already: Grave of the Fireflies. Seeing Nausicaa (also a good one) on the list made that pop into my brain. It’s one of the most heartbreaking movies I’ve ever seen. You’ve got three Mad Maxes on there!

And yes, three Mad Max movies, because no films changed the post-apocalypse landscape in cinema more than these. Plus, I’ve only seen one of them, and that was a loooooong time ago.
